Although the packaging was a bit simple and flimsy (It was on cardboard “shrink wrapped” in what was like loose Saran Wrap), the product is made of a metal material that is strong and sturdy. Also, the adhesive that holds it on the cabinet is surprisingly strong. The magnet that holds it out of place when not in use is strong and effective. I will only be using it to hang bananas which I don’t purchase constantly, so I believe it is effective for the use for which it was made.

Ugh. This is not quality. Even the packaging is horrible. It looks like they just cut a multi pack apart. The product is flimsy and cheap looking. The concept is great- I despise items on my countertop. The actually product, however, will not be going up. I don’t trust it to actually hold any weight.

It seems like a solid piece! Check the size of the hook, I live in a small apartment so I need to maximize as much space as possible. Unfortunately for the amount of counter space I have available, this would hang too low and take up a significant amount of precious space I have. It seems like it would be well suited in a house rather than apartment.
