Disappointed in color. Picture on web page shows it as a pure white. When put next to white mug, it is a muted white. Clarity of painted birds a muted.

Very simple design and size was perfect for me..I like it

Bought two for a birthday gift. Took a while to ship, but once it got to FedEx, it was relatively quick. They are both beautiful. No imperfections. Nice and sturdy, thicker than other bone china mugs I have. Those are for tea, so that might be since this one is labeled as a "coffee" mug. I didn't realize the pattern is repeated twice on the other side of the mug, but it is nice. No word yet on how it holds heat but I have confidence. Perfect gift!
