It's quite sturdy except the back panels don't fit in very well. On the whole gives good storage.

Sliding glass doors on front arrived shattered into a million pieces, because someone somewhere put zero thought into the best way to package glass panels so that they arrive safely. The two glass panels were placed touching each other with nothing between. Even the folks at the liquor store know to not put 2 glass bottles next to each other and will put at least one in a paper bag. The glass panels were then wrapped in thin (very thin) foam and tightly stuffed into the box next to the wood panels. There was zero packing material other than the very thin foam. Any impact to the box would clearly go straight thru to the glass, which, again, they had two glass panels touching one another which is ridiculous. There was literally NO way at all that these things weren't going to arrive shattered. I would advise not purchasing this item because odds are very good they will arrive destroyed due to not having any where near enough packing materials to absorb impacts. The glass panels should have been individually wrapped in paper packing, and then thicker foam. Then they should have crumbled up packing paper sandwiched between them, and more crumbled up packing paper between the glass and the wood panels, and finally some more packing between the wood and the box. And maybe some packing peanuts all over the place. And the word FRAGILE on the outside of the box in big red letters. Instead, this thing was packaged like all the box contained was twizzlers.

The instructions were too small and blurry to read well. It took me forever to figure out which pieces were which, and which direction things needed to be. Also, it was unclear about when to actually put screws in place. However, I finally got it all together. As I was tightening the final screw, there was a very small gap between the side wall and the top. I'm a 67 year old woman (and don't lift weights or work out). As I was getting it close to fully tightened, the screw head heated up, attached itself to the tool, and broke off about 1/4" inside the cabinet! Additionally, I wanted to put it atop a 22" wide apartment-sized refrigerator. It is supposed to be 22" side, but it is slightly wider than the top of the refrigerator, so it does not sit level. However, for light use, I think it should hold up okay, and I like the look.
