I am very happy with this dinnerware set. It is light weight and it is oven safe. The pattern blends nicely with my Mikasa Italian countryside dishes.

I was looking for a more neutral dinnerware set that wouldn't clash with themed decorations. This set fit the bill. It looks absolutely fabulous. It can be used informally everyday; or dressed up with the charger plates and crystal for more formal occasions. Very versatile. I couldn't be happier.

Using for months with no sign of scratching!

Lovely, soft, off-white color, nice pattern, glaze appears even and substantial. I like that cups are more of a mug size than the typical small ones in dinnerware sets. Plates are a little larger than expected, but fit in dishwasher well. Soup bowls require more space in dishwasher due to size. In all, I ordered 3 sets of 4 piece place settings and received two of Tuscan Villa. The third was Fiesta White by the same manufacturer. Rather than going to the hassle of returning, I'll keep it as color, size, style coordinates well enough to use with Tuscan Villa.

I needed a generic white/off white every day set. These look pretty but are fragile. If you have children not your set but good for us as retired couple. BYW, my husband broke the bowl!!
