There is a small hole/defect in one of the bowls and it was patched with ceramic putty. I couldn’t believe they intentionally shipped the defective bowl. The 2-star reflects that decision.

I've had these bowls for a week and so far so good. They are a good small/medium size and have many uses. The color is a glowing true white. I'm glad of the color as another set I bought elsewhere is a greyish white. I also have a set of bowls that are a cream white so - three different whites! If anyone else is having the problem of getting the right white, I can tell you that these bowls are truly a very happy white!

Fantastic, light bone china bowls.

I absolutely love these bowls. They are the perfect size and they’re very sturdy. We use them for cereal and small pasta dishes. Only complaint I have is the sticker on the bottom will just not come off.
