This shelf is 16 inches wide and too small for the designed cabinet; the loss of cabinet space is rediculous. Am very unhappy with this shelf. We are past the 30 days to return or I would it is in original box.

My customer had very tall upper cabinets that were not reachable except by ladder. These made it easy for her to get the products off of the top shelves without getting on a ladder. They have more storage space than the off brand competitors.

Unfortunately, it didnt serve the purpose of letting my mom reach the items in the high-up kitchen cabinets, since the pull-down bar sits just above the cabinet floor (if you mount it to the cabinet base). It definitely cant be overflowing or overloaded since its moving up and down. Theres not much to be done with that, although I probably would have liked the back wall of the shelves to go up higher. Overall, Im pretty satisfied, although it didnt make all my dreams come true
