Super easy to install, heavy duty. Turns smoothly even loaded. Our contractor said we had to remove the countertop to install a susan and he was completely wrong. I'm a 72 yr old woman and it was easy peasy with this Lazy Susan.

Received new and with all parts. Quality brand (Rev-A-Shelf) and is operating the way described - but time will tell if it will stand the test of time with use. Taking proper measurements is critical in making the correct purchase.

I really like the look of this lazy Susan as well as the fact that the pole doesn't need to go all the way to the top of the corner cabinet, which would have been difficult to manage. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it was a bit pricey.
