Verre à vin RIEDEL (Ensemble de 2)

Came in great shape, well packaged and protected. Unfortunately, I was sent the Sauvignon Blank ones instead of the champagne ones (probably a mistake in the warehouse). I’ll keep them because I like them nonetheless.

These are stunning wine glasses, and very fragile. I noticed a hairline fracture in the base - don’t know if that was my fault or if it happened in transit. I docked the star for that, and for the fact that the title of these on Wayfair are “champagne” glasses - where the box clearly indicates Sauvignon Blanc. I love Sauv Blanc so not a huge deal, but something to note. Otherwise, definitely the quality you’d expect from Riedel. I included a picture of them next to some of my other Riedel glasses so you can see the difference in heightstem.

Riedel glasses are our favorite, but the Veloce collection takes it to another level! We love the high stem and lightweight feel of the glass. We also use this glass for champagne as they have almost exact dimensions.

I really like these glasses, but unfortunately only got to use them a few times before they so easily broke at the stems. One glass broke while I was literally holding it doing nothing.. the other I barely tapped the bottom on the table services and bam, broken.

Lovely looking glass and great size for a white serving.
