The set I received are not 9 inch plates; they are all 8 inches. I measured them. The description sticker inside of the delivery package actually read that the size is 20cm/8 inch, so I don't know which step went wrong. Will have to exchange them.

Beautiful plates to match the 100 Years Royal Albert teacups and saucers I bought here. Only thing I don't like is the yellow plate has embossed looking flowers that feature a glaze over them. The light catches on these and I don't think they are supposed to look embossed. Looks a little cheap. Otherwise, these are just as pictured and as I expected them to be.
