Favorite gift my husband received at Christmas. Starting to drink wine that ha s been on the shelf needing the funnel. Totally impressed with the “job” that it did. Not to mention it’s fine and distinctive appearance.

It is a very lovely pewter funnel. There were two issues with it. First the drain hole was less than an eight of an inch in diameter. It would take more than five minutes to pour a bottle of wine through it. Second, it was designed for use only in decanters, not wine bottles. If you try to use it on a wine bottle, you'll need a big sponge.
