Rubbermaid all the way!

I bought because it covered all aspects from freezer to microwave (per label). The room temp bowl morphed after being placed in microwave. Filing a concern-with an attempt to get it replaced-resulted in emails & my having to make phone contact--only to suffer insults from the "retiree' who answered the call. Because I did not go to website to seek how to use instructions-it was my fault; despite 4 symbols on dish-clearly indicating the product was able to be put in microwave--the lady was condescending-refused to answer my question-will you replace? ---instead insisting I listen to her explain how I was to use the product. Product is clearly labeled wrong-misleading and any efforts to make amends are false. DO NOT USE PRODUCTS IN MICROWAVE---DON'T WASTE TIME CALLING THIS COMPANY

I purchased a 2 pack of 15.7 cup Rubbermaid TakeAlongs on 9/2/25 to replace the one I had for over 12 years. It got a tiny crack in it when my grandson tossed the empty container to me and it hit the ground at the park. I was washing the new ones on 9/29/25 for the second time and one dropped to the floor and it got hole in it like a BB gun shot it. The piece that broke out ended up landing in the sink. I do not believe how poor the quality has become. I would not recommend unless you are looking for disposable.

I love these bowls. The lids have worked. I do wash them by hand. But inexpensive enough to bring to a potluck and replace if I have to.

I am very disappointed in my serving bowls. The lids would not seal on the bowls. I have others that I have used without issue. I would like them replaced. 2 bowls with quik clik seals 15.7 cup. Thank you.
