I love the small footprint of this coffee maker, but it's impossible to pour all of the water from the carafe into the machine unless you hold the carafe above the open lid, about 8" above the narrow space the water needs to be poured into. A very poor design. The pour lip also isn't great, as the pot needs to be nearly inverted to empty fully. Lastly, I'm left-handed and the cup measurements are only marked on one side so I need to put the carafe down and turn it 180° to see how much water is in it. I've had it about 10 days and I'm already online shopping for a new one

This is my favourite coffee maker I've ever had! Makes great tasting coffee fast, looks sharp, has a reusable filter basket, and the timer function works great for having it start automatically in the morning. I love it so much I bought a second one for my Airbnb.

THE very best coffee-maker I have ever owned!!...considering the poor water quality in my town, In the past , regular cleaning could not keep-up with scale build-up, and life expectancy would never surpass 4 or 5 months, I've used this unit for 18 months without ANY issues, and it brews as fast and clean as the day that I bought it!

I have this for a few weeks and this has saved us so much money. We are always in a rush in the morning so it has always been outside coffee but this can be preprogrammed so our coffee is ready when we wake up! The reusable filter is a great feature so we are not always buying filters. Also it makes up to 10 people so great for get togethers!
