Cloche en forme de cloche avec garde-glace 67,7 oz Pichet

Nowhere in the information about this pitcher was the counrty of origin stated. I called customer service and was told if it is not stated under specifications that an item is imported, then it is not imported. When I received the pitcher, the box has Made in China clearly printed in it, also it is stamped on the bottom of the pitcher. I again called customer service and asked about returning. I was told I would have to pay the shipping cost. I do not appreciate being expected to pay for receiving incorrect information.
