Disappointed that the window to close this has passed because we did not use it the moment we received it. But did use it at the end of September, but I was not informed until later that there was a problem. I did make an attempt to return it earlier but you required pictures. Which took me some time to gather the exact data needed to make a picture. Now we are without a beverage dispenser. Disappointed that I presented wayfair to my group as a source to purchase quality products and it did not turn out well.
