For one year from the date of the original purchase, SMEG USA, Inc. (“SMEG”) will repair or replace (at its option) any part of the small domestic appliance which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship when the appliance is operated and maintained according to its manual instructions attached. During this limited one-year warranty, SMEG will provide hassle-free repair or replacement of small domestic appliances. This warranty is valid only in the united states of America and Canada and applies only when the appliance is used in the country in which it was purchased. Outside the united states of America and Canada, this warranty does not apply.
