A nice knock off of a name brand machine that costs three times as much. The bottle portion is tall and will hold any size bottle. It comes with a top tray for nipples and caps. Can be used for water bottles and sippy cups. Time will tell if it holds up.

I paid $52 for what was advertised as a brand-new sterilizer, but what I received was clearly a used and stained return. I had to clean and sanitize it myself before I could use it, which is not what I paid for. The manufacturer admitted that their warehouse made the mistake. I was willing to work with them and keep the item if they offered a fair refund, but offering only $18 was not reasonable. Then they told me I would need to take the item to FedEx myself to receive a full refund. That made the situation even more frustrating. I paid for a new product and proper service, not to receive someone else’s return, clean it myself, and then spend more time and effort correcting their mistake. They should arrange pickup at their own expense and issue a full refund without making the customer do extra work for an error caused by their warehous
