I ordered two of these. One was okay but the other arrived slashed and scratched. Customer service mechanism for reporting damage and requesting replacements is not customer friendly: 1. No phone number; 2. Could not progress beyond upload of photos on mobile site or app; 3. Went round circles on desktop before being able to submit claim; 4. Service centre closed. Very frustrating!

sturdy case but i can’t seem to get my knives in the slots but works

I received this item damaged and have been trying to get a response from someone other than a robot about what to do about returning it. One of the snaps does not close/work and I would like to exchange this for another. However, after my failed attempts(chat, text) to get any responses, I would never order from Wayfair again.

This is the perfect informal flatware chest. I use good stainless as my “formal” flatware, and this chest is perfect for storing it. I especially love that the knives section is on the base so that the knives don’t fall out.

I was looking for a moderately priced flatware atorage box for my new stainless flatware (set of 16). This is well made and holds everything very well. It is sturdy and fully lined. I am very happy with it!

The storage holder isn’t as nice as I thought it would be. I got it on sale so I am very happy I didn’t pay full price. I honestly don’t think it was worth the money.

This flatware leather case was purchased as a wedding gift for my grand niece. It came very well packed and it looks amazing! I’m very pleased with the quality and know she will be ecstatic when she opens it. Thanks again Wayfair

Nice storage chest. Just didn’t hold my particular flatware set that securely.

Very good size for my 12-piece set. It holds most of my serving utensils, as well, but not all of them. Also, the color looks more dark brown than black.
