I love, love, love this pan. It is truly non stick, beautiful and yields best flavor. Made a steak yesterday and Perfection. This morning...the true test..... an egg over easy. PERFECTION. I only eggs made with cast iron. While I love this pan, I would love it if you offer a larger one. I would buy in an instant! So hurry up and make one. Or get the griddle back online before January.

This item is extremely small and way overpriced for what it is. Even with the staub name, it is only worth about $20. Save yourself $ and buy a lodge cast iron pan. Pros: Great idea, just needs to be 2-4 times bigger Cons: Too small and expensive
