Love this Staub Lime Green Color, but the best of it is how wonderfully it cooks. I like to make 1 pot meals and so much fun to cook, reheat and serve in the well made Cocotte. Dishwasher & Oven Safe.

The cast iron body heats up evenly. The black textured interior browns and caramelizes beautifully. The under side of the lids have self basting spikes which circulate the moisture to keep food full of moisture and flavor. The beautiful colors and the heat retention make a perfect presentation on the table. Great for soups, chili, sauces and also roasting and baking bread..
