Plat à escargot en fonte 5,75 pouces avec 6 trous Staub

This is a great item. You can use it for anything your heart desire, perfect biscuits, cupcakes, blueberry muffins, cornbread, mini loaves of bread, buns and of course, escargot (I won't use it for that though)

I've been wanting these since I had escargots in them at Le Voile in Back Bay. They are the perfect size for Burgundy snails and cast iron is ideal for sticking under the broiler. The hole size is large enough that you could float a small crouton atop the escargots.
