Ibought a set of these for husbands birthday. These glasses are great so I ordered 4 more. The problem is not with the glasses, but fed ex was supposed to deliver them yesterday. The fed ex site, and wayfair.com site said they were left by my garage. We don't have a garage. They were delivered to the wrong address. When I came to the wayfair site yesterday to report it, in a chat with 2 different agents, I was told that I can't report the delivery mistake for 6 days, as "they may still show up. Have i checked at all my neighbors houses?" I have been buying things online since 1998. Not one business has ever told me that I can't report a missing package for 6 days, when the tracking number clearly shows they were already delivered, to the wrong house. I quit doing business with wayfair.com a couple of years ago due to similar problems with their credit card and poor quality items. My older sister said they were doing better these days, so I gave them another shot. Sometimes you get good service, sometimes... it's awful. Good luck.
