These are really nice glasses. Glass is thick compared to the other glasses in the collection (highball and dof) which is what I was wanting in the glasses. They are hand crafted so there is a variation to them all which I like. However, I have to return because three of the 6 came broken. I do want to exchange and get a set not damaged. I ordered others in the collection and the second shipment had multiple pieces broken while the first did not. They did attempt to package them very carefully and with cardboard filler rather than that nasty styrofoam which I liked. I just think transport and or delivery was more rough for such fragile items. I will probably rate a 4 if I get the next set undamaged and smooth process for return/exchange. Fingers crossed. Three of these in the set came in Broken. The replacement process has been a nightmare to deal with. The reps kept messing up the return. Selecting the wrong items for return. Trying to do a return only and not a replacement. Then trying to tell me I didn’t return the damaged items when I have. And are telling me if I don’t return them then I will be charged. I did return them both items in one box just as they were originally shipped to me. So yes, I have given less stars because the amount of time and effort I have to spend on this. I even talked to a rep a few days ago who said they would take care of it and here I am again getting notices of threats they will illegal charge me because they can’t keep track of items that were returned. I have the return label and tracking number that shows it was returned.
