These boards are beautiful, not when they arrive, but AFTER you apply a few thick coats of mineral oil. They arrive dry and pale. But after oiling the first one up and being happy with the results, I went ahead and ordered a second one in a different size. I have used it enough in one month that it did need oiling again.
