I have to say I am pleased overall. These chafing dishes are large, heavy, and look really good. My set of 4 had one that is defective, as the knob cannot be attached, the screw is stripped out. But the other 3 came together perfectly well.

These chafing dishes are exactly what I needed. The bowls are very large with plenty of room for big servings of pasta, meat or vegetable. The holder for the lid is very convenient too. It took quite a while to assemble all four dish sets, approximately one hour. Storage is a bit of a challenge because they don’t easily stack but overall satisfied with these items.

These come in a box with 50 pieces that you have to put together yourself with tiny screws. It will take you about an hour to do it yourself. The directions are very unclear- I think I put the bottom trays on upside down because that it what the picture showed on the directions. I also got extra pieces/ tools that were not on the diagram. Once put together, these are nice. I'm not sure how sturdy these will be or if they'll change color & tarnish from the steam over time? I HATE that the name of the company is engraved on the front of the gold metal. It makes it look gaudy. Also measure your counters because when the lids are in the holders these do not fit under my cabinets. I will plan to use them on my island, but that limits their use. Also, the bowls that the water goes in are 5 quarts, but then the food bowl that sits inside is smaller. That is misleading- it will not hold 5 quarts of food. They do not stack for storage like the photo once screwed together, so they will take up more room to store. I will keep these but if I had the option, I'd purchase different ones that look a bit more "upscale"- these are just OK.

Yes! We absolutely love these! They are perfect and gorgeous. Very worth the price. I love the mixed metals so it can work with our other stands. I am so very happy for these and I highly recommend these. there is not 1 single complaint on these. well made and reliable.
