So far I am disappointed in this oven. I have tried french fries twice now and instead of the 11 minutes that it says it takes to cook them it took approximately 20 minutes each time.

Great Oven. Been looking for an infrared oven and took a gamble on a Total Chef. I am quite impressed with the performance and price and have had no issues thus far. Would recommend this to anybody.
