Absolutely love this Tramontina enameled cast iron braiser. It heats evenly, retains heat exceptionally well, and goes from stovetop to oven with ease. Perfect for braises, stews, one-pan dinners, and even baking. The sage green finish looks beautiful on the stove, and the heavy lid helps lock in moisture for tender, flavorful results. Excellent quality for the price—feels like a premium piece of cookware without the premium-brand markup.

I recently purchased this Tramontina enamel cast iron skillet and I’m honestly impressed. Right out the box it seem sturdy and well made with a soothe enamel coating, and makes clean up much easier easier than the original cast iron skillet,

This pan is misleadingly described. The enamel is only on the outside and on the lid, while the actual cooking surface is just bare cast iron not coated at all. That does not qualify as “enameled cast iron.” On top of that, the color is inaccurate, it’s more of an ombré effect rather than the solid green that was advertised. Honestly, I could have done without this pan. I’m keeping it only because returning it would be too much hassle, but I wouldn’t purchase from this company again.

I was disappointed in the color. Online it looks like a deeper clear green. The color is a muted green. Not bad looking just not what I was counting on, I would hv ordered a different color. I haven used it yet but am familiar with the brand. Fingers crossed!
