Tramontina Gourmet Forged Traditional 6" Boning Knife

Another very nice knife. Slimmer blade is nice for many things besides boning meat. Gets into odd spaces.

Best Knife

The knife was received within a week and met all expectations (Professional quality blade) designed well. I have a block of the same knives and have never been dissatisfied with any of the set. I would, and have recommended The Professional; Tramontina knives to others. I made this purchase because I needed an additional 6" Boning knife. This knife has always been the most used of the set, and having two is an advantage during meal prep. Being from the South, we tend to do a lot of outdoor grilling and smoking, especially BBQ meats (e.g. Baby Back Spare ribs, Boston Butt, and Pork shoulder). Anyone who purchases knives from this collection will not be dissatisfied.
