I'm very happy with this roasting pan. I waited to review until after using it for some serious cooking. The last thing my wife and I cooked in it was an 8 lb. brisket (flat cut) which cooked in the oven for 6 hours--a real test for a roasting pan. The brisket was perfectly cooked and the pan cleaned up easily. What more can you ask?

I just love my roasting pan. It is nice and heavy grade fir all my needs.

I kind of used this once. Unfortunately with the handles it’s too big for my oven so I had it in there on a slight angle. I don’t think I can remove the handles but I may try.
