Love this pan! Bought this brand because Tremontina is the only ceramic skillet NOT made in China, its made in Italy. I followed the instructions where it said to always use a little oil when cooking. I have fried and scrambled eggs, seared and cooked steaks and pork tenderloins and nothing sticks. When done, don't rinse the pan out...wait til it cools. Then wash with a cloth or non-abrasive sponge, no scrubbing necessary. Everything just wipes off. The wok is a little deeper than the fry pan which I love. I recommend this to anyone.
