The top lid is a little wonky, you need yo make sure it clicks into place. You put the tea leaves in a cylindrical container and it can be difficult to clean once the leaves have expanded. On and off switch is very sensitive to touch, be careful not to turn it on by mistake, I keep mine unplugged when not using. Other than these little things it’s very convenient if you like Turkish style tea and drink it regularly.

After 8 month of use, it now start to malfunction, the water temperature fluctuates which turns on and off the heating every few seconds (goes from 96 to 84 and then mid heating cycle goes to 98) This is very frustrating. The water temperature sensor is not working correctly.
