I ordered the Tuxton tri-ply pan that was supposed to measure 11.2 inches in its cooking surface diameter. Maybe I was sent the wrong pan by mistake . To put it bluntly,I am not satisfied as its cooking surface is only 7.75 inches. I hope someone can resolve this problem. truly,HS

Excellent product. Perfect for morning breakfast eggs and such. I'd recommend this to anyone!!

Great pan but... I was super excited for this pan. It’s professional grade and also very sleek looking. It’s cooks pretty evenly - so far used for pan fried chicken and sautéed vegetables without issue or burning. Slightly disappointed that it did not come fully clean after one round in the dishwasher (my dishwasher is less than 2 years old and no limes scale build up). This pan was soaked in hot soapy water briefly to cut some of the grease before being loaded into the DW so I’m hoping this was a one time fluke. I would recommend it for its cooking abilities but took away a star for having to rewash it.
