** UPDATE** this coffee maker broke after a couple of weeks of daily use. I emailed the customer service email address that was provided by the company in the booklet it came with and they have ignored me. I’m really frustrated. It only dispenses about 2 ounces of coffee. You have to open and close it and reset it 3-4 times to get 2 more ounces each time. Also, when you open it, it sprays hot water on you which is dangerous. I tried all the troubleshooting tips the booklet suggested and now the company is ghosting my email. If I got a defective unit they should be happy to send a replacement but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this coffee maker or anything else from this brand. ** I’m really liking this coffee maker so far! My old one was big and bulky and I only drink one cup of coffee a day so I needing something smaller and simpler. I love how this one has the option of filling the pod with ground coffee or using pods that you buy already filled. It also has an iced coffee setting, several size options for different cup sizes, and a bold or regular option. I was really impressed by how quickly it heats up and makes a cup of coffee. It’s exactly what I was looking for and it seems to be good quality and I expect to love it for a long time!

My husband and I aren't coffee drinkers, but we wanted to get a coffee maker for company. This one fits the bill well. Its compact size makes storage easy, which means one less appliance on the kitchen counter. Operating the machine is intuitive, but if needed, the instruction manual is clear. I had no trouble making a regular cup of coffee as well as iced coffee (since it's so blasted hot outside!). You can use K-cups as well as ground coffee with this machine; it comes with a cartridge for each. I don't know how well this coffee maker will hold up with everyday use, but for occasional use, it serves our purpose well.

I got this coffee maker for my office. I like that it has a reusable filter for grounds but can also take k-cups. This suits the different preferences of my coworkers. So far this machine works well and is easy to clean. My only complaint is that it will not accommodate a travel mug.

We love love love this coffee maker. It is very modern and fits perfectly on our counter. Its not bulky and it is very easy to use. I like the dual options for coffee and tea. It was very easy to assemble.

After using soapy, water to clean the water tank and coffee assemblies, I filled the tank with fresh cool clean water. I ran several cups of just water to clean out the inside of the coffee maker per instructions. Then I refilled the water tank and did my first ever trial run of this coffee maker. I inserted a K cup into the holder and push my desired size and strength and it brewed a perfectly hot delicious cup of coffee. I am very pleased with the size and function of this coffee maker, and I would highly recommend it! *Update I do feel as though using room temperature water may be best to ensure the coffee is hotter.
