This is a little clunky and the knives are not sharp at all, so they have to be sharpened upon receipt. It will do for now.

The knife block set is very nice looking and has a clean, modern style. I do wish the name stamp were a bit more discreet, but that’s a small detail. The knives themselves seem well made and the black coating gives them a sleek, attractive appearance. The sharpener works with any knife and does a good job. This set is great. Black is one of my favorite colors, I like the fact it has its own stand and the knive are sharp and they come with a pair of sheers absolutely amazing the best set ever. I love it.
