The product itself is excellent

It works fine but I’m disappointed that there is some sort of unknown coating on the carbon steel that was not mentioned in the description and it’s too heavy to return, as I’d have to pay return shipping.

This thing is a beast! I mean this in the best possible sense. I laid it on my 3 burner Weber and it fit perfectly once I installed the handles on the inside. (You’ll figure it out) I preheated on medium for 10-15 minutes and my pyrometer measured 650-675F at all points! No warping at all, and the smash burger tacos were outstanding. A heavy duty, professional grade tool. A bargain in my opinion. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat

You could see the weld marks from the underside showing though the top side. There was a bad Teflon blister on the finish too. I requested an exchange. The 2nd one was better but still has minor blemishes.

Love this griddle, it made me save money and works perfectly on top of my grill!
