Plaque chauffante antiadhésive 10,5 po Victoria

I purchased the Victoria 10.5 inch Non-Stick Griddle because I needed an efficient way to warm up or make my tortillas. I do it often enough thats its a staple iny kitchen. But i highly recommend also getting hot handle sleeveholder.

I bought this for a single person. The 10" size is quite small and can fit a large flour tortilla or a couple of small pancakes. There is no real lip on the edge of the pan so it would be difficult to use for scrambled eggs or bacon because the liquids would most likely spill off the sides. With cast iron you should be looking for a cast that leaves a nice smooth finish which this item has at an affordable price. It was exactly what I expected it to be.

I use this cast iron fry pan for making pancakes and browning and toasting soft taco and fajitas sheets. I have it seasoned just right.
