Grande tasse Old St. Nick 2024

Love the mug but only recd 1 mug not the set of 4 as advertised. Customer service is giving me the one mug for free but Im still very disappointed.

Product was misrepresented as a set of four and I only received one mug. When I contacted customer service, they said they placed an order for the missing 3 mugs. Then I received an email from a resolution specialist saying they had refunded me and that they had learned that the manufacturer was unable to send replacements ordered. I emailed that I was online at their site and the product is still for sale and the "specialist" said this time that my order was refunded and the site listing was incorrect and had been updated. I thought a high end seller like Perigold would honor the price they listed. And it took so long to resolve as I had been told that they had been ordered and was waiting.

Great mug and the handle is nice and thick which makes it very comfortable
