The product itself seems pretty decent. It was the customization request that missed the mark. Not only did it not have the customization, but the packing slip that was with it shows that I requested it to be customized! I then called and complained and I was given the option to allow Wayfair to correct it, so I opted to do so. The so-called corrected item was delivered on this past Saturday, but it too was NOT customized! At the point I just gave up! You can see in the attached photos taken from multiple angles that there is no customization whatsoever!

Nice for the price, but did not come with instructions. We cannot figure out how to regulate the humidity.

Looks great but it's a gift so I'm waiting to see what the receiver says
