Just plugged it, chose the temperature and waited a couple of minutes to reach desired temp. It's that easy! It is lightweight, so it's easy to move around. Comes with he lid. Temperature can go up to 400°f. It's easy to clean. And dishwasher safe. Overall, this is a great way to cook and be more in control of the temperature.
