I've had this crockpot for over a year. I use it weekly and it has been great!

Inferior to my old Country Kettle that I bought in the 1980s. I cooked stewing steak for my husband all day and the meat was still tough. I had to throw it away because you couldn't eat it. Minced steak also turned out tough and grisly. I cooked the same meat in my old Country Kettle and it was perfect. I would not recommend this cooker to anyone. Very disappointed.

I did receive and am very happy with this crock pot. It is working out very well for me. The size and the quality are both wonderful and exaxtly what I was expecting.

Very nice. Works great with simple temperature settings. Easy to clean. Would be perfect with a time delay start but sometimes you can't have everything!
