Great product! I purchased this item after researching several others across several websites. I based my choice on reviews, size, and price. Most tea makers over 2 quarts were a bit pricey, but at 2.75 quarts, this was a steal! Great product, glass pitcher, and easy to operate. Our store no longer carries the gallon jugs of tea that we like, so I decided to purchase this tea maker, as I hate the hassle of making it on the stove. Im so glad I did! Definitely recommend, and shipping was fast, too!

Easy way to make good tea. The housing not actually black though

I’ve had several ice tea makers through out the years, and I thought they were all the same, but this West Bend tea maker is superior to any I’ve bought previously. The pitcher is glass, and sleek. The strength setting allows the tea to really taste like tea, or a more mellow flavor. It’s easy to use, looks nice on the counter, and brews fast. I recommend it.
