Really impressed by the way it made making tomato sauce easier than the way I used to do it before. Eliminated the cooking and hand food milling. It was easy to assemble use and clean after a day's use. Only draw back for me is that the crank handle kept falling out of the strainer. Other than that I think it is a very useful tool. Glad I bought it.

Was overall happy with product. After experimenting with for first time, we found it was much easier to cut firm plum tomatoes into smaller pieces first before putting into hopper. It was much easier to operate crank handle while operating.
