Lightweight but sturdy, this is a very good and easy-to-use kitchen scale! It has an ON/OFF button, a TARE button, and a button to switch how you measure several different units – fluid oz., lb. + oz., ml, g, kg. The glass surface is easy to wipe, in case you spill a dusting of flour or something on it. The true beauty of a kitchen scale is that your baking is much more precise if you measure ingredients by weight, so your results are more consistent. And you can, for example, put the mixing bowl on the scale, TARE it (zero it out), add the flour, TARE it, add the sugar, TARE it, add the cornstarch, TARE it, etc., so you don't need a bunch of different measuring tools. In the photo I took, you can see that my Ojai Pixie Tangerines measure 15.2 ounces, so that's great for my recipe that calls for about a pound of tangerines. I could also peel them and then weigh them, if I wanted to get even more precise.

Very easy to use and small enough where it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. Perfect little scale to get the job done! Easy to read and change the units if you need to. It is ran off batteries..

This scale is awesome. We use a food scale several times daily to measure not only our food but also our dog’s meals, since she has medical conditions that needs special dietary restrictions. Love it! Beautifully packaged and nothing to complain about. Bright Screen and pretty accurate. I like the modern look too. I plan on using it for more than just food. I bought it for also weighing some of my smaller pets that need attentive care.
