I am so happy I upgraded to this machine after owning a cheaper machine with a freezer bowl. Having a compressor makes it much easier and faster to make ice cream. The 2-quart capacity is great, and the finished product is much better than what I was able to make before. I'd recommend this machine to anyone looking to improve their ice cream game. It is well built, and the stainless steel rose gold looks premium.
