These are very nice and heavy duty, seem like they are going to be great. It would be nice if they were preseasoned but other than that a terrific purchase.

I remember the days I'd go to a steak restaurant and my steak was brought to me still sizzling on a similar skillet. I cooked my steak and ate it from the same skillet with a baked potato side. Worked great. I don't think you will find a restaurant these days that will serve a steak this way due to liabilities. Too bad folks can't be responsible for their own careless if they burn themselves. I remember waitresses used to warn me that the dish was still hit and be careful. This is a great item and I'll be using it a lot.
