Very sturdy but find the handle gets warm that's the reason I am giving it a three.

I have used these pans for many years. As you know, non-stick last for a while, but these seem to last for years. I was first introduced to these pans while at chef school. Heating is even and uniform, non-stick is excellent, and they come with removeable insulated handle, should you want to finish under the broiler. Great for home or professional use - you can buy more expensive pans, but the food cooks the same in these.
