I did not receive replacement parts. My full order came January 10. You sent me an email stating that my replacement parts came January 10. That’s not true. Where are my replacement parts Have they been shipped

They're nice to look at. I chose the set because it did not include mugs. Plates are not smooth so it sounds like fingernails on a chalkboard when using utensils. I won't be keeping them

I like this design so I kept the dishes. I just wish the bowls were ramen/pasta size. The bowls are really too small for practical use - really only dessert size, not soup size.
