The dishes are beautiful… however our set arrived with 8 dinner plates and 6 mugs. It was not 4 full sets as indicated It should have been 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates, 4 mugs and 4 bowls.

I love these dishes! I love the quality. These will look beautiful at our next family gathering. The packaging was impeccable, meaning no loss broken or damaged products, so thank you for that! I sent a picture to my sister to have her purchase a set too! I would definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful set. I ended up getting a second one. I love that it’s white with beautiful detail but not too delicate for the dishwasher and microwave. It’s beautiful AND practical. Also lightweight.

Do not buy this from wayfair! FedEx claimed delivered on the tracking number when it was not. I waited almost a week for it to show up before contacting wayfair and the customer representative was awful! Claimed the tracking # showed proof of delivery with a picture of the box next to a garage. No matter how many times I repeatedly said my home has no garage attached to it, she rudely implied I was lying. I don't know what she was looking at on google maps, but I know what my building has in real life. When I looked up the tracking # on the FedEx website, it wouldn't show proof of delivery without the sender's account information, which I told the representative and she even thought I was lying about not being able to see the proof of delivery! She demanded I needed to file a police report and maybe I'll get a refund after a couple of months if wayfair's "investigation" determines the box never arrived. While trying to figure out how to file a police report, I called my local FedEx office who were able to tell me that the package was actually returned to the sender. This wasn't on the tracking # information on their website. I'm sure it was additional details only FedEx and the sender could see. Unfortunately, the wayfair representative I previously spoke with had gone on a power trip and flagged my account that only she can handle my past/current/future orders, so I had to call her directly to get this resolved. Not even a sincere apology from her for the rude accusations she screamed at me over the phone a couple weeks before. Just "okay we confirmed the seller got the dishes back and can refund you". These must be the most special $80 dinnerware on the planet for the representative to be defending the company like this.
