The shelves are nice, but they came damaged, and the LED lights are missing

The shelves did not have built in LED lighting as advertised nor did it come with any form of led lighting strip to attach to the shelves. There are only 2 holes per shelf to screw into the wall claiming each shelf can hold over 200lbs. We had a hard time believing and trusting that 2 screw holes could hold all that weight. We immediately called and informed them of the issues. We will be getting a full refund and returning. Very disappointed these were not as advertised.

Extremely disappointed. The Wayfair description for these shelves is misleading, and the product that arrived was nowhere near what was advertised. The listing claims “built-in LED lights,” “no assembly required,” and “all necessary hardware” included, but that is not what I received. The so-called lighting was not built in at all—it was a single plug-in light strip that would only work for one shelf and required an outlet nearby. None of the product photos showed visible cords, which gave a completely inaccurate impression of how the shelves would look once installed. To get anything close to the advertised appearance, I had to buy three separate battery-operated light strips and install them myself. The included mounting hardware was also not appropriate for a typical residential wall; it appeared to be meant for concrete, and each shelf had only two mounting holes, which did not seem adequate for safely supporting the claimed weight capacity. I had to pay to have an additional hole drilled in each shelf and purchase proper mounting screws. This product created extra work, extra expense, and unnecessary frustration because the listing did not accurately describe what was being sold. I would not have purchased these shelves if the description and photos had been honest about the lighting, cords, hardware, and installation requirements.
