The quality is excellent, as expected. The feel and balance are great, as expected. However, I am challenged by how Wusthof measures their knives. It is longer than what the description stated.

This knife is already becoming my “go to. ” Great for getting into tight spots on veggies and making quick work of chopping, dicing & mincing small amounts, as I do when cooking for one. I’m also expecting fewer knife cuts, as it’s small enough the I am its master, not the reverse (as is sometimes true of my chef and Santoku knives).
