Fendoir classique 6 po WÜSTHOF

This is not what we thought it would be at all. It seems like it is set up for cutting bones and not for slicing meat, vegetables, etc. I’m so disappointed because we can’t even return it because it’s been used.

I have been collecting my wusthof knifes for a while but this is one that I could cut a roast in half to cook half and freeze half among other vegetables I could cut up for stir fry plus I got a new block that I store it in

I have owned at least three different "high end" brands of knives. None even come close to Wusthof knives. Worth every dime!

I have a cleaver that I loved...until I got this one...
